La Plaza Bakery and Cafe

Just off the 101 on El Camino Real between LA and the Bay Area, the town of 10,000 is still considered the back road.  Unlike other developments in Greenfield that have opted to emulate city strip malls, La Plaza respects the lines of the original city grid that encouraged pedestrian life and dialogue.  There are three components to La Plaza:  the Café, the Patio, and the Mercado, each with their own distinct architectural character.  The mayor and commissioners hold informal gatherings at La Plaza, which has its own persona in a landscape where simple lives are noticed.
